Genesis10 is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote.

Job Summary:

This 100% remote position works in an agile team environment performing business analysis, system analysis and quality assurance. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are key for tracking multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining high quality levels. This role develops a deep understanding of the business/technical domain and collaborates with Software Engineers to understand features and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements elicitation and documentation and the defining/execution of acceptance criteria
Assist with business systems configuration
Drive usability and quality of the software within the area of focus
Document system issues and participate in their resolution
Collaborate across business and IT development teams to thoroughly understand business needs and to provide quality solutions and business value; Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and contribute to managing expectations
Learn rapidly and enthusiastically, focusing on understanding the application/product/area in detail
Develop and execute application and product testing at the user level, both manually and with automated tools
Track and measure metrics for key processes to deliver measurably differentiated business outcomes
Track project work to delivery dates and escalate as necessary

Required Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of related experience, including requirements gathering and documentation and quality assurance
Attention to detail and thoroughness; organization and planning skills
Problem solving techniques and tools
Passionate about quality with a focus on internal and external customers
Written and verbal communication skills; Presentation skills
Experience gathering business requirements and translating to functional or technical specifications
Experience identifying gaps in the as-is versus to-be status
Experience developing, deploying, and executing software test strategies
Experience with SQL
Experience with the Agile approach to software development and Scrum methodologies
Experience using Jira, Word, and Excel
Working in a team environment performing business analysis, system analysis, quality assurance, and tracking to delivery dates of the pods project.
Preferred for resource to have healthcare insurance experience

Nice to have:

IBMi/AS400 experience

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $60- $67
