The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Partner Portal Specialist (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting the onboarding of customers to enable the use and engagement of the Partner Portal

  • Supporting Level 1 Partner Portal incidents raised by internal and external users including Partner Portal access requests, user admin management and technical issues from intake to resolution

  • Troubleshooting errors between Partner Portal, ERPs and other system from which various types of data is pulled

  • Supporting Portal deployment activities including but not limited to testing, data validation, user maintenance and asset/content uploads

  • Other Portal and/or customer onboarding tasks as assigned by Team Leader

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and five (5) years of experience in customer service, operations or OTC roles in a private, public, government or military environment
    OR

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher from a (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum eight (8) years of experience in customer service, operations or OTC roles in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience with website release management, testing and integration of other source systems

  • Experience with Web-platform ordering solutions, user administration and/or super user experience

  • Proficient in Excel and Data Analysis

  • Advanced English

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems and communicate effectively

  • Competency on project management and meeting deadlines

Work location: Remote (Poland or UK)

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
