Business Systems Analyst

Join our team! The Lead Delivery Manager, Core AI & Data Platforms will facilitate the build and operation of the centralized Core AI & Data platforms by managing the product and software development, ensuring that teams follow Agile practices and work towards increasing the team efficiency. The Lead Delivery Manager, Core AI & Data Platforms is expected to be an expert in Agile methodology while setting up and streamlining Boards, sprint planning and capturing metrics to continue to drive process improvements, and supporting launches of successful releases.

About the Role  

In this opportunity as a Lead Delivery Manager, you will:  

  • Maintain/manage ADO board and backlogs  
  • Facilitate planning, demo, retro and grooming meetings for multiple teams  
  • Identify and remove impediments that are blocking the team’s progress 
  • Facilitate Release planning and check-in meetings 
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Assist with onboarding new resources  
  • Maintain Teams memberships and Outlook distribution lists  
  • Assist in metric reporting  
  • Maintain up-to-date Atrium pages by incorporating the latest Platforms’ services information, including release notes, demos and presentation materials 
  • Transform rough drafts into polished, clear and comprehensible presentation slides for various audiences 
  • Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and product managers to prioritize work effectively.
  • Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and resource allocation.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in project management in a technical software development team.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management tools and agile boards, particularly ADO.
  • Wide range of skills, from Scrum Master.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in Agile and cloud technologies to drive high-quality software delivery.
  • Be skilled in creating presentations and clearly and simply explaining complex features.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
