Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven ability to source and engage candidates across multiple regions. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Hi-Tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles across the EU, Ukraine, and the Philippines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a streamlined hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to enhance sourcing efforts.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates and promote the company’s employer brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the Hi-Tech sector.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates in the EU, Ukraine, and APAC.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
