ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you're in the heart of Poland, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the IT sector. IT Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for all recruitment stages: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding. You will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Actively source top IT talent across various platforms and channels - you'll be the expert in hiring across Poland (and beyond!).
  • Manage multiple requisitions at once - priorities shift fast here, and youre the kind of person who stays one step ahead.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to quickly and effectively assess candidate skills and fit.
  • Conduct interviews using diverse methods: structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioral questions, and more.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of passive candidates through creative networking, both online and offline.
  • Prepare anonymous candidate CVs for client review - you'll need to be highly detailed and precise, ensuring each CV reflects the candidate's strengths while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Own onboarding: welcome new hires and guide them through their first steps at Addendum.
  • Stay plugged into the latest tech trends and tools, and share your knowledge with the rest of the HR team.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Fluent in English and Polish (A MUST) - you'll be speaking with candidates and clients daily.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing. Agency or staffing experience? Big plus! (Be sure to highlight this on your CV.)
  • Full-cycle recruitment expertise from sourcing to offer.
  • Solid understanding of IT profiles and technical recruiting. (You don't need to code, but you should know your Java from your JavaScript.)
  • Creative, out-of-the-box recruitment ideas to attract top talent fast.
  • High attention to detail especially when preparing candidate documents and profiles for clients.
  • High energy, resilience, flexibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure without losing your sense of humor.
