Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead in-store activations, POSM deployment, and influencer marketing initiatives for Dove. This role requires close collaboration with agencies to execute influencer activations and working alongside Customer Development teams to ensure seamless execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute in-store activations to drive brand engagement and sales.
• Oversee POSM (Point of Sale Materials) deployment across key retail channels.
• Collaborate with agencies to develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Customer Development teams to activate brand initiatives in key markets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, or Trade Marketing Manager role.
• Languages: Proficiency in English & French is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and executional excellence.
• Location Flexibility: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Côte d’Ivoire, DRC, or Senegal.
