The Supply Chain Analyst understanding products and its configuration to create feature forecast to manufacturing plant, considering product discontinuation and sourcing rules. Highlighting on demand changes to Demand and Supply planning group. Analyst will leverage the analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to improve demand forecasting accuracy. This role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain processes are optimized to meet customer demands effectively.

Responsibilities:

·       Owns the forecasting activities in demand planning; review historical shipments trend, analyzing it and evaluate forecast results.

·       Responsible for Forecast Accuracy – Making sure the current forecast is in trend and highlight on any key changes.

·       Perform ongoing analysis and monitoring of actual performance to forecasted plan, identify significant variances, take corrective actions, and document key assumptions.

·       Support strategic forecast initiatives to improve the quality of the forecast and close the identified gaps.

·       Incorporate product lead time and sourcing rules in forecasting.

·       Attend monthly demand review meetings and communicate forecast changes.

·       Monitor and report on forecast accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

·       Conduct root cause analysis on forecast errors and variances, recommending adjustments to improve accuracy.

·       Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support demand planning and forecasting activities.

·       Responsible to work on the excess inventory and identifying the root-causes.

·       Perform regular reports; daily, weekly, monthly reports and reporting trend analysis.

Qualifications Required:

·       Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline

·       4+ years of experience in demand planning or in any other discipline in Supply Chain.

·       Good understand of Bill of Material and product level detail.

·       Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

·       Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and business stakeholders.

·       Ability to be adaptable and flexible in responding to deadlines and workflow fluctuations.
