The Senior CRM Analyst works in a unique capacity as a subject matter expert/leader for all Salesforce.com features, functions, and best practices. The ideal candidate is positive and solution-oriented while providing excellent customer service. The role also serves as a liaison between
Technology and many other departments throughout Cars.com on projects and everyday requests. This individual will also work with vendors on company initiatives and for system support. This individual must be comfortable speaking to a variety of people in varying levels throughout the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • SME for technical implementations involving the Salesforce CPQ and Billing managed packages.

  • Knowledgeable in customizing fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards

  • Designs, configures, and develops solutions using configuration

  • Maintains and creates new Salesforce automations using Flow 

  • Maintains and creates new Salesforce automations using Product Rules and Price Rules

  • Manage production support queues and new development tasks as needed. 

  • Assist with system audits including but not limited to users, profiles, permission sets, queues, fields, page layouts, and record types

  • Assist with data import/export activities, including required mapping, and data scrubbing, as required for individual data import/export requests

  • Should be a key liaison between the CRM team and Billing/Finance Teams to gather requirements and develop effort estimates, project plans etc. 

  • Expected to work independently with minimal supervision, but be able to share knowledge and mentor other team members on CPQ/Billing. 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Must have deep working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ 

  • Must have deep working knowledge of Salesforce Billing 

  • Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools 

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification 

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification 

  • Proficiency in Copado CI/CD tool is a plus

  • Strong SOQL skills

  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment and operate well under ambiguity

  • Excellent analytical, research and follow up skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Any other Salesforce Certifications are a plus

  • Ability to read / understand Apex code is a plus



 


 

Salary Range

$101,100.00-126,400.00
