The Marketing team is responsible for driving growth and creating a bigger impact across all our industry-leading brands. This team is an engine for our business, collaborating between Product, Sales, and leaders across Cars Commerce to create the messages, campaigns, content, and experiences that unlock new ways of keeping our brands front and center and build stronger differentiation for our solutions.
Within the larger team, the VIDEO PRODUCTION team combines its creative talent across design, video, and website development to produce all the campaigns and dealer-facing assets that will drive leads and sales for CARS brands. This work encompasses the IMV creative development and fulfillment, B2B Marketing and Advertising, Internal Communications, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Events, and Editorial.

Within the larger team, the VIDEO PRODUCTION team combines its creative talent across design, video, and website development to produce all the campaigns and dealer-facing assets that will drive leads and sales for CARS brands. This work encompasses the IMV creative development and fulfillment, B2B Marketing and Advertising, Internal Communications, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Events, and Editorial.

Primary Duties

  • The Creative Producer III is the front-line leader for video productions, guiding the creative process for any and all video production. They are responsible for developing new kinds of creative processes, and training others on how to deliver at a high quality consistently. 
  • Every Creative Producer III has the expertise and ingenuity to; conceive, pitch, and manage a fresh video concept from beginning to end. They have the uncanny ability to mash the goals from clients, account managers, data analysts, executives, and other stakeholders into a singular vision. Then communicate it to a broader team of creatives, editors, animators, artists and vendors. The Senior Creative Producer also teaches others to do the same. 
  • The Creative Producer III is an exceptional writer and communicator, because they are expected to provide clients with creative briefs and live consultations. They are well-organized  and capable of estimating  timelines, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects at once. 
  • The Creative Producer III is also refreshingly pragmatic: bringing no ego and a contagious drive to get things done. Their focus is on efficiency, accomplishing goals, and customer satisfaction — a trait that comes naturally after years of video production experience, managing a shoot, and pleasing clients (all in the same day).  
  • The Creative Producer III reports to the Director of Video Productions giving them opportunities to learn video production management firsthand. They will have a direct day to day impact on the success of video production  by guiding the production process, collaborating with account management, and actively participating in creative business development. The senior creative producer, also has a larger creative impact,  developing concepts, series, and strategy over long periods of time. 
  • An ideal candidate has five to ten  years experience as a video producer in editorial, corporate videography, agency or live event production, or has two to three years in a client-facing role with copywriting and creative production experience. 

Required Skills: Video Production, Project Management, Video Editing, Account Management, Video Shooting.   

Bonus Skills: Music Production, Drone Videography, Documentary Film-making, Live Streaming. 

Salary Range

$70,900.00-86,850.00
