Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) eager to grow into a sales role. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of the short-term rental (STR) industry, and prior experience as an SDR in a SaaS software company.

This role involves:
โœ… Identifying potential outbound sales opportunities
โœ… Engaging prospects through cold calling and consultative selling
โœ… Qualifying leads and setting up product demos for the sales team

Key Responsibilities

๐ŸŽฏ Prospect Research & Lead Identification

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) leads within the STR industry who can benefit from AutoRank.

๐Ÿ“ž Outbound Engagement & Lead Qualification

  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Communicate AutoRank's value proposition effectively.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs.
  • Ask insightful questions and offer tailored advice.

๐Ÿ“… Demo Scheduling

  • Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team within a 10-minute call.

๐Ÿ—‚ CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Accurately document all prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pipeline of 300-500 leads per month.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Share insights from prospect interactions to enhance sales approaches.
Qualifications

โœ”๏ธ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
โœ”๏ธ 1-3 years experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS).
โœ”๏ธ Strong understanding of the short-term rental (STR) industry is a plus.
โœ”๏ธ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a proven track record in cold calling & lead engagement.
โœ”๏ธ Ability to ask the right questions and provide valuable insights.
โœ”๏ธ Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to advance into sales.
โœ”๏ธ HubSpot CRM and Aircall VOIP proficiency.
โœ”๏ธ Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
โœ”๏ธ Willing to work North American shifts.
