Ping is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. The Marketing Operations team is responsible for the overall campaign creation and execution in our marketing automation platform (Marketo) as well as our webinar platform. In this role, you will primarily support the AMER Demand Gen team by creating, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns, while ensuring timeliness and accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and measurable marketing programs that contribute to our company goals and drive operational excellence. 

You will:

  • Execute campaigns within marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Integrate, BrightTALK, Cvent) to support demand generation, ABM, and field marketing initiatives
  • Working closely with the broader MOps, manage the queue of tickets, which includes tasks such as setting up webinars, SFDC campaigns, list uploads, and email/nurture programs. Ensure all tickets hit our SLAs.  
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of assigned marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze operational and performance data against benchmarks, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in managing the global marketing database, including data acquisition and enrichment is done in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in marketing and sales operations to support campaign initiatives as well as marketing processes
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices

You have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology role (preferably in the Enterprise B2B tech) with experience in Marketo and Salesforce. 
  • Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation, email deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring and reporting.
  • Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal), with an ability to manage multiple priorities on tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions and assess the success of marketing programs
  • Strong problem solving and issue-resolution skills with the ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration across the broader team
  • Passionate about processes, automation and information systems

  • Marketo Certified Expert

Practical knowledge and experience of direct marketing best practices, including email best practices and industry standards, CAN-SPAM laws, content creation, list management and targeting, knowledge of dynamic content and campaign automation.

USA Salary Range: $98,500 to $103,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
