Job description

Job Overview
We seek a Marketing Cloud Specialist to develop and implement engagement strategies for our nonprofit client using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You'll design communication journeys, manage outreach campaigns, and optimize engagement while supporting mission-driven objectives through Non-Profit Salesforce Platform (NPSP).

Core Responsibilities

Journey and Campaign Management

  • Design automated communication journeys using Journey Builder
  • Create engagement campaigns for programs and initiatives
  • Develop automation flows for personalized communications
  • Configure engagement paths based on interaction patterns
  • Integrate mobile and social components for community engagement

Data Management and Personalization

  • Build and maintain data structures in NPSP
  • Manage communication preferences and engagement history
  • Create dynamic content based on audience segments
  • Configure multi-channel messaging strategies

Content and Analytics

  • Design responsive templates for digital communications
  • Develop impact stories and mission-focused content
  • Monitor engagement metrics and response patterns
  • Create impact reports for stakeholders
  • Optimize journeys based on performance data

Technical Administration

  • Manage SFMC and NPSP configuration
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance
  • Document processes and workflows
  • Provide system training to team members
  • Maintain platform stability and integrations

Required Qualifications
