SAP and non SAP BI Analytics Specialist (100%)

Key Facts: SAP BW, SAC, non SAP BI Tools, Projectmanagement, in Rümlang/home office.

Main tasks:

• Support Commercial and Operations Reporting: Develop and implement solutions for globally aligned reporting, forecasting, and planning to enhance day-to-day decision-making and business steering.
  
• Reporting Solution Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Operations, Finance, Strategy, IT) to develop, test, train, and roll out global reporting solutions.
  
• Act as Trusted Partner: Ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables in close coordination with business services and tower heads.
  
• Implement Reporting Standards: Drive the implementation of group-wide reporting standards and processes aligned with Strategic and Operational Excellence goals.
  
• Support Continuous Improvement: Focus on improving data quality and streamlining reporting processes.
  
• Simplify Reporting Project: Contribute to the success of the Simplify Reporting Project, Global Process Organization, and Business Intelligence Competence Center.
  
• Coordinate Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with business services, local operations teams, and the key user community.

Your qualifications:

• Educational Background: Preferably holds a University degree in Operations, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields, with a strong interest in Business Intelligence solutions.
  
• Work Experience: Several years of experience in Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Analytics in a multinational company, with exposure to commercial reporting, performance management, and business intelligence.
  
• Business Intelligence Expertise: Strong understanding of strategic and operational solutions, business intelligence, analytics, and financial tools and concepts.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP (especially SAP Analytics Cloud, SD, MM, PP modules, and Business Warehouse).
  
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate in a multicultural environment.
  
• Team Collaboration: Reliable team player with excellent communication skills, high responsibility, and adaptability to ad hoc requests.
