Job description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our client's team and contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our high-performance platform. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in cloud environments, automation, and modern DevOps tools.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure as Code: Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud environments using Terraform
Kubernetes & Containers: Deploy and manage containerized applications on AWS EKS with Helm
Kubernetes Autoscaling: Implement autoscaling strategies based on internal metrics
CI/CD Pipelines: Automate and optimize software delivery processes using Jenkins
Monitoring & Observability: Ensure system reliability with Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Filebeat
Secrets Management: Securely manage Kubernetes secrets using tools like External Secrets Operator
SSO & Identity Management: Implement authentication solutions using Keycloak or similar tools
Messaging & Streaming: Work with Kafka, Zookeeper, and AWS messaging services (SNS, SES)
Load Balancing & Performance: Optimize traffic distribution with AWS ALB and analyze request throughput using integrated metrics
Database Management: Manage database user permissions and demonstrate a basic understanding of SQL

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Strong expertise in AWS services, including EKS, RDS Aurora, ALB, ECR, SES, and SNS
Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization
Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos
Working knowledge of Kafka and Zookeeper is a plus
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
Passion for automation, scalability, and performance optimization
