Role Overview:

As the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our commercial project management function, ensuring the successful execution of high-impact strategic initiatives. You will drive operational excellence, standardize best practices, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects that align with our company’s objectives.

This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, exceptional execution skills, and a passion for the gambling industry.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Lead and manage the commercial project management team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
Drive the delivery of large-scale strategic projects and programs globally, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining key milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Build a high-performing project management team by mentoring, coaching, and developing talent.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all projects and teams.

What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a commercial environment.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com and Microsoft Project.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Prior experience in the gambling industry is highly desirable.
Experience with construction projects is considered an advantage.
