Job Title: Account Manager (Agency)
Compensation Range: $80,000-90,000 Base + Commission (OTE $140,000-150,000)

Position Overview
As an Account Manager for the Agency Vertical at Quid, you'll drive revenue growth by retaining and expanding agency and consulting clients in advertising, media, PR, and marketing. You'll build strategic partnerships with agency holding groups and consulting firms, acting as the primary client contact. Success is measured by growing your book of business, aligning Quid's solutions with client goals, leading sales cycles, and exceeding quotas.
In this role, you'll actively manage a client portfolio, building deep relationships and identifying expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and a proven track record of success, capable of inspiring similar performance in others. You'll demonstrate the value of Quid's insights, work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and use your understanding of the agency landscape to achieve revenue targets.
Role Objectives
Strategic Growth & Planning: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and extend the company's reach. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
Revenue Growth & Retention: Carry and exceed growth quotas through contract negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling. Drive year-over-year revenue retention and growth through successful use of existing client solutions. Ensure that company quotas are met by set objectives and having a strategy.
Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strategic client relationships, addressing tactical needs and acting as the client's internal advocate. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs. Act as the point person for the client.
Consultative Solutions & Market Expertise: Identify and assess client business drivers to provide tailored product solutions through a consultative approach. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
Forecasting & Account Planning: Develop accurate daily forecasts, account plans, and quarterly reviews, providing regular reporting to sales and executive management.
Client Advocacy & Engagement: Leverage highly satisfied clients to promote our brand and solution. Manage client relationships through business reviews and follow-up meetings to enhance customer relationships. Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and develop new, high-value partnerships within agency holding groups and consulting firms, aligning our offerings with their clients' objectives.
Complex Sales Management: Lead complex sales cycles, navigating multi-layered decision-making processes within large organizations.
Continuous Improvement: Develop sales skills continuously and use effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Market Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of agency workflows and stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, providing valuable insights to internal teams.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in quota carrying role (SaaS experience preferred) in technology sales or account management
2-3+ years experience working Agency Holding Companies within advertising, media, PR, or marketing is highly preferred.
Proven record of success in retention and growth quota attainment (Top 10%-20% of the company)
Ability to engage senior agency stakeholders and articulate the value of premium solutions.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with experience presenting to agency teams and executive leadership.
BA/BS degree required.
