Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. This role is ideal for a results-driven expert who thrives on data, strategy, and high-impact execution to drive measurable business growth. The right candidate will take ownership, challenge ideas, and push for the best possible outcomes.

What you will do…
  • Develop and execute performance-driven ad strategies aligned with client goals.

  • Optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase conversion rates by X% within X months.

  • Develop performance-driven ad strategies tailored to different business objectives.

  • Understand conversion-focused ad optimization, whether it’s eCommerce (add-to-cart and checkout processes) or lead generation (landing pages, contact forms).

  • Optimize video ads, graphic ads, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to craft high-converting creatives.

  • Implement campaigns with a deep understanding of buyer awareness stages 



Requirements
You might be the one we’re looking for if you have…
  • At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads.

  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Have knowledge with conversion rate optimization (CRO), audience targeting, and A/B testing.

  • Are familiar with buyer awareness stages and how they impact ad performance.

  • Work well with creatives, video editors, and marketing teams to improve ad effectiveness.

  • Are highly proactive, results-oriented, and not afraid to challenge ideas for better outcomes.

  • Communicate effectively and can present insights and recommendations to teams and clients.

  • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

  • Include the word “Google Ads Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.

  • Are comfortable speaking on video calls.

  • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).

  • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

  • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
