LOCATION: Remote, but would prefer candidate located in Greater Kansas City are or Little Rock area


Clearwave Fiber is seeking a results-driven Digital eCommerce Specialist with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in managing and optimizing eCommerce performance for consumer products or services. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing buy flows, identifying and implementing UX/UI improvements to enhance online purchasing behavior, and overseeing integrations between presentation layers and billing systems. This individual will be a proactive, passionate learner, staying ahead of trends in the eCommerce landscape and emerging channels. Proficiency in eCommerce platform management, vendor relations, and tools such as WordPress, CSS, and Salesforce is essential. The successful candidate will also have a demonstrated ability to establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire online lead-to-sales funnel, ensuring continuous optimization of the user journey and overall sales performance.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own eCommerce reporting and performance, including daily KPIs, weekly updates, and monthly/quarterly performance reviews. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and customer retention
  • Design, maintain, and optimize the company’s web ecosystem, including the core website, sub-sites, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive strategies and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Partner with web development agencies to identify, design, and implement content strategies, enhancements, and updates that support website goals throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Monitor tactical performance closely and manage the eCommerce platform partner to ensure smooth cart content updates, feature implementations, and troubleshoot any ad hoc issues or break-fix activities
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) for the core website and shopping cart, documenting, communicating, and following up on identified bugs and issues until fully resolved
  • Make informed go/no-go decisions regarding web and cart code pushes to production, ensuring smooth deployment
  • Utilize expertise in Salesforce, CSS, and WordPress to troubleshoot site and cart issues, manage customer orders from placement through billing system handoff, and execute presentation layer updates
  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to enhance web UX, optimize CTAs, and improve the cart experience, ensuring alignment with brand standards and overall performance
  • Work closely with the Digital Media Manager to shape and refine demand generation strategies, particularly focusing on SEO optimization
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of increasing responsibility in consumer digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce, telecommunications experience preferred.
  • Experience developing and presenting digital performance reporting
  • Demonstrated success in managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a focus on measuring results and improving performance.
  • Experience in managing vendor and agency relationships, guiding activity and managing budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fun, fast paced and changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and with the following software/tools: Google Analytics, Salesforce, WordPress, CSS and Marketing Automation tools (i.e. Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
