This is a remote position. 

What we’re looking for: 

SHAZAM is looking for a Client Learning Consultant (SHAZAM Core) to join our team. In this role, you will plan and coordinate various training-related functions and projects. This role uses the latest in e-learning development tools to design, develop, implement, and maintain training content and programs.

What you'll do: 

• Actively participate in projects, (Enterprise, Conversion, New Product/Service, Client Learning Team designated improvements/efficiencies/opportunities). Use training knowledge and experience to provide feedback, create training material, design a training plan that best supports the project and execute training, within the scope of the Client Learning Team.
• Provide timely, comprehensive training to both financial institutions new to SHAZAM, and to current SHAZAM clients who need enhanced learning opportunities.
• Promote SHAZAM’ s products and services by organizing virtual, in-person, and e-Learning events for clients, showcasing SHAZAM’ s Expertise.
• Identify learning needs based on feedback from financial institutions or other SHAZAM outlets, keep learning topics new, fresh, and relevant to the financial industry and the learning preferences of SHAZAM’s clients.

What you need:

• Minimum of eight years’ banking operations experience or equivalent.  Daily EFT and/or core transaction settlement and reconciliation experience preferred, but not required.  
• Minimum of eight years’ training experience preferred but not required.
• Effective teaching and communication skills with non-technical personnel. 
• Advanced knowledge of ITS products and services and the operational aspects of EFT & Core systems and products.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
