Job description

The Condominium Review Specialist is responsible for collecting all condo project documentation and performing thorough CPM/Full Lender and Limited Reviews of both warrantable and non-warrantable condos. The goal is to determine if the project meets the eligibility based on agencies’ and ResiCentral’s requirements. 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Gathering and reviewing HOA questionnaires, Master Insurance, Appraisals, Budgets, Balance Sheets, Declarations and Bylaws.
  • Determines eligibility of warrantable and non-warrantable condo projects based on documentation review/analysis and communicates accordingly
  • Addresses and resolves inquiries related to condo project guideline eligibility 
  • Performs project reviews and conditional approvals within the agreed upon turn times to maintain a high level of services
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience

  • Highschool diploma – some college is preferred
  • 2+ years of project review experience is required
  • 2+ years of related mortgage credit guidelines, policies, and procedures is required
  • 2+ years of Non-Warrantable Condo Project Review eligibility experience is required
  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA, and Jumbo/NQM guidelines and exception policies are required along with familiarity with HOA questionnaire, budgets, master insurance review, budgets, balance sheets, declarations and bylaws.
  • Appraisal review and analysis experience is a plus. 
  • Encompass, FNMA’s CPM, and FHLMC’s CPA experience are preferred
  • Amazing organization, multitasking skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance.
  • Provide exemplary service in all client interactions and communications; always uphold the ResiCentral service standards and exercise good judgment.
