We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company needs, source top talent for technical and non-technical roles, conduct screenings, and manage candidates through the interview and offer process. You’ll use your expertise in recruitment strategies and tools to build a strong pipeline and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align candidate profiles.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage candidate offers.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • working with global team members

 

Salary range: $ 80-120K 


Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in operational and go to market roles.
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean search).
  • Ability to conduct technical phone interviews and assess cultural fit.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to work full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling.
  • Experience with global companies is a plus.
