About Role

This position is responsible for generating recurring revenue numbers for the assigned territory, providing technical service and support customers. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical proficiency, cross-functional collaboration skills with scalability.

What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)
-Ensure the response and turnaround time on calls assigned are met

-Complete all the PM’s as per schedule

-Plan and execute all the I &C and demo activities allotted

-Develop good relationship with customers to enhance the satisfaction levels

-Generate leads by interacting with the customers and pass on through the Marketing Teams

-Meet service sales targets to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue

-Discipline on CRM packages of Service Max and SFDC

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

-3-4 years’ experience with a degree in Engineering / Diploma preferably having worked on Hach / similar products

-Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities

-Willingness to travel

-Good written and verbal communication skills in English

-An eye for detail

- Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations, and business teams

- Expertise in MS Excel & MS Word

- Proactive and action-oriented

- Self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth in a rapidly evolving market

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships            

Soft Skills: -  

Ability to quickly grasp & easily adapt new ideas, concepts, methods Proactive and action oriented Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Has a good EQ and strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationship. Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams Is open minded High on integrity.
