What you can expect as a Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Manager:

  • Manages a team and focuses on the key elements of execution, including delegation, setting expectations, measuring performance, and holding people accountable.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures in the Litigation/Liability and Subrogation units.
  • Responsible for handling the escalated claim issues, including, but not limited to CRNs, DFS Service Requests.
  • Responsible for all discovery request within the control of the Legal Department and promptly responds to such requests.
  • Coordinate depositions, and work with and attends mediations as the Corporate Representative as requested.

What we are looking for as a Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • MBA and/or Insurance Designations, such as AIC, CPCU, or SCLA are a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of claims experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience and leading a team
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience direct homeowner and dwelling claims experience in the areas of coverage, investigation, evaluations, negotiation, and other resolution techniques
  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
  • Maintain active Adjuster’s license in the states we serve
