Construction Project Manager – Equitable Building Decarbonization Program

Location: Los Angeles County

What you will be doing: 

  • Responsible for managing any physical site work at participant’s location.
  • Coordinate scheduling and updates with contractors and participants.
  • Assist in preparing and finalizing each participant's scope of work.
  • Collect and manage all project installation reports and documentation, including required permits and other forms of authorization.
  • Work closely with trade allies to manage installation and QA/QC processes.
  • Manage incentive layering coordination and follow-up surveys.
  • Provide individualized support to each household, ensuring clear communication and coordination. This includes issue resolutions and any changes to the work order.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in equipment or technology sales, engineering, and/or energy efficiency OR
  • 6+ years’ experience in equipment or technology sales, engineering, and/or energy efficiency
  • Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$97,699.00 - $166,088.00
