Job Description

The Dialer Initiatives - Sr Consultant will be responsible for executing the day to day activities surrounding Dialer utilization, functionality, and the overall business strategy. Position will work with the respective Dialer technology and Call Center related application owners to adopt, implement or enhance application features that are needed to support Direct Sales outbound strategy and business goals. May serve as a subject matter expert.

Maintenance of Predictive Dialer Programs/Initiatives

  • Manage day to day activities associated with current campaigns
  • Perform critical and routine tasks as needed in support of campaign or technology strategies
  • Analyze and adjust dialing processes based on campaign outcomes
  • Maximize dialer efficiency while adhering to local, state and federal regulations
  • Monitor intra-day dialer performance and partner with program managers to modify strategies in support of campaign KPI’s
  • Create and maintain process documentation for the dialer campaigns

Connect Areas of Responsibility (AORs) through Predictive Dialer Initiatives

  • Develop outbound dialer functionality required to meet business objectives, working with the Dialer application product to adopt and implement on behalf of Direct Sales
  • Partner with Technology Support to report incidents, schedule product releases and platform enhancements, and ensure technology availability to perform business functions
  • Partner with Allstate business units to design, build and implement complex integrations and processes with other Allstate technology using business facing tools

Drive Improvement and Innovation in Predictive Dialer Function and Effectiveness

  • Design and improve processes through predictive dialer infrastructure
  • Make recommendations for process changes based on information gathered through various sources (Data analysis, focus groups, peer review, system enhancements, etc.)
  • Create and optimize dialing strategies to maximize time on the phone and contact rates
  • Partner with Technology Support to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly scripts run to optimize table performance, build calling lists, report generation, file integrations, etc.
  • Manage compliance for dialer processes with regard to legal regulations such as TCPA and DNC

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, or related area preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with Noble Systems/Alvaria technology to build and manage campaigns in a contact center environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data management and data visualization software (Business Objects, Tableau)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain complex technical ideas
  • Demonstrated knowledge of call center operations, business capabilities, outbound dialer strategies, etc.
  • Strong time management skills including ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple projects while working independently
  • Ability to think conceptually, analytically and creatively
  • Ability to analyze, develop, and implement business processes
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working cross-functionally within a dynamic, fast paced team across multiple centers/locations

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
