As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies to increase sales and profits for specified global accounts. This role has a global scope, managing a portfolio of key global accounts along with select regional accounts. You will build strong customer relationships, develop account management strategies, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs, and identify opportunities for account growth.
Manage large, complex, global, or key customer accounts.
Oversee a portfolio of regional customer accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with a specific group of customers, issuing sales quotes, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Develop sales strategies and long-term plans to maintain and grow the pipeline.
Understand market conditions and competitor activity, identifying potential barriers and solutions.
Act as the Voice of Customer, relaying feedback on pain points, product needs, and field issues to internal engineering and product teams for continuous improvement.
Experience in global account management or key account sales.
Strong understanding of customer applications and market dynamics.
Ability to analyze profitability and drive customer growth through share expansion and product diversification.
Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure customer support.
Expertise in leading commercial discussions, handling escalations, and managing critical customer concerns.
Strong collaboration and organizational skills to define and maintain effective teamwork methods.

Salary Range:
