We are looking for an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales to lead our sales team and drive Gameplan’s next stage of growth. Our product is proven to deliver results for school districts, and we need a hands-on leader who can scale our sales efforts, optimize our strategy, and expand our reach in the education market.
This role requires someone who is not only a strategic thinker but also a doer—someone who can build and lead high-performing sales teams while actively engaging with decision-makers in school districts. You will take ownership of our existing sales team, recruit and train new salespeople, refine our sales strategy, and represent Gameplan at industry conferences. You will be working closely with our CRO and CEO.
Salary
Base $100 000 - $150 000 + commission and bonus
