We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background and a hunger for product growth.
The position is remote, but we have an office in Kyiv if you prefer to work from an office.
Your Responsibilities Include
Create and manage user acquisition campaigns across various channels (Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and ad networks, such Applovin, Ironsource, etc.);
Regular communication with ads networks client success managers to get advice on ads networks optimisation;.
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV;
Analyze results and manage marketing budgets;
Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, generate a hypothesis.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in user acquisition;
Experience in Facebook and Google campaigns management;
Experience with TikTok and Pinterest will be a plus;
Proven experience of work with at least one of these ad networks: Applovin, Ironsource, Unity, Moloco, Mintegral;
Focus on ROI: accurate measurement of details and appropriate actions;
Ability to learn from mistakes and keep on experimenting despite the failures;
English level: at least intermediate+.
