Monte Nido & Affiliates has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.

We are seeking a Primary Therapist to work with our Virtual team. This is a fully remote contract position, working with the adolescent population.

Schedule: at least 15h/week, individual and group work. Must be available 2 nights/week (4:30pm-8:30pm).

Pay: Sessions $90-$120. groups $55, administrative work is at $25 an hour

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy
• Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
• Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
• Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
• OR and CA State license in a counseling field preferred (LPC or LMHC), any West Coast license accepted. Must be willing and able to get licensed in OR and CA within 6 months of employment (with reimbursement by company).
• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
