As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in our B2B marketing efforts, supporting initiatives across email, webinars, events, and general marketing activities to drive acquisition, activation and retention. Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing, you’ll contribute to a wide range of projects, allowing you to gain diverse experience in a dynamic, mission-driven company poised for growth. About You

You are a detail-oriented B2B product marketer with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver impactful results. With expertise in email marketing, you excel at developing flows, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring seamless communications throughout the customer journey. You also have a knack for creating polished marketing materials using platforms like Canva, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

A strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, you thrive in managing multiple projects, from planning webinars to supporting conference activations. Analytical and results-driven, you leverage performance metrics to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions. About The Role

With support from the B2B Marketing Manager and Head of B2B Marketing, your key responsibilities will be:

Email Marketing

  • Execute our monthly B2B newsletter, ensuring content is timely, engaging, and performance-optimized.
  • Build and update email flows and execute one-off campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and branding alignment.
  • Compile Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) performance metrics and present them monthly through a scorecard.

Webinar Marketing

  • Plan and execute webinars by collaborating with internal teams to develop content, secure speakers, and manage logistics.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event communications, including promotional emails, social posts, and follow-ups.
  • Create and manage webinar marketing materials, such as slide decks, landing pages, and attendee resources.

Marketing Material Creation

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and update B2B marketing collateral (e.g., one-pagers, postcards, sales decks).
  • Partner with the social media team to ensure alignment on campaigns.

Conference/Event Marketing

  • Support the strategy and execution of conference displays and activations.
  • Design and create conference marketing materials for pre-event and on-site use.
  • Execute pre- and post-event emails to optimize engagement.
  • Attend conferences as needed to ensure seamless event execution.

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with tracking and reporting performance metrics on a monthly scorecard.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Iterable).
  • Basic HTML experience for email design and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with an eagerness to contribute ideas.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working within the financial advisory industry or financial institutions.
  • Experience in CRM platforms like HubSpot and Iterable.
  • Experience running paid campaigns in Google and Meta.
  • Experience in events management (both webinars and conferences).
