The Meliore Foundation is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join a growing dynamic team of IT professionals. This role brings exciting opportunities to think creatively about different approaches to delivering IT within our workforce. We are an entirely cloud-based infrastructure using Google Workspace and Apple technologies to empower our workforce.
Your technical experience building and maintaining system integrations is particularly important to this role, as are your technical abilities in implementing and maintaining SaaS tools. Your project-related work will be steered by an IT Delivery Manager, and whilst project management skills are not a priority for this role, they are helpful to have an understanding of.
Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis are important parts of this role. Working with your colleagues in the IT team and with end users to help them get the best IT experience is also key to this role. The successful candidate will bring a generous and innovative approach to their work.
Alongside your strong technical maturity, this role will be important in helping nurture the talent within the IT team to grow and develop. The successful candidate will have two direct reports (this might change over time) and will bring experienced technical skills to our IT team - using them for both BAU and project-related work.
You should possess an understanding of cyber security good practices, although this is not a core element of this role. Being able to identify a potential security breach and taking first mitigation measures would be advantageous.
This role is a remote role, based in the APAC region, and will work closely with IT team members who are currently based in GMT to GMT+3 so flexibility, the ability to work well independently, and excellent communication skills will underpin your success in this role.
If this sounds like you, we'd love for you to apply.
