Responsibilities
Support Advisors in onboarding new business and managing renewals by following best practices and workflows.
Maintain accurate client files, documenting policy details, activities, and correspondence in agency management systems.
Execute client service strategies in collaboration with Advisors and internal departments.
Assist in the RFP process, analyze carrier proposals, and summarize options to support client decision-making.
Help develop and deliver Open Enrollment and New Hire presentations while staying informed on industry trends and legislation.
Provide professional, timely responses to client inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Foster strong relationships with coworkers and carriers to ensure seamless service and support.
Qualifications
Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits is required.
Microsoft Office experience required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
HRIS system familiarity is a plus.
Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency, be a problem solver and team player, be organized and able to multi-task, and be an excellent communicator.
