Overview

Responsibilities

  • Support Advisors in onboarding new business and managing renewals by following best practices and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate client files, documenting policy details, activities, and correspondence in agency management systems.
  • Execute client service strategies in collaboration with Advisors and internal departments.
  • Assist in the RFP process, analyze carrier proposals, and summarize options to support client decision-making.
  • Help develop and deliver Open Enrollment and New Hire presentations while staying informed on industry trends and legislation.
  • Provide professional, timely responses to client inquiries across multiple communication channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with coworkers and carriers to ensure seamless service and support.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits is required.
  • Microsoft Office experience required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • HRIS system familiarity is a plus.
  • Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency, be a problem solver and team player, be organized and able to multi-task, and be an excellent communicator.

Salary range is $90K to $110K per year.
