Analyze the competitiveness of APAC hotel suppliers and monitor key performance indicators.

Hold regular meetings and calls with suppliers to improve commercial and payment conditions.

Participate in internal projects to ensure supplier results and quality standards are met.

Support the Customer Support team in resolving incidents related to overbookings and internal processes.

Job Responsibilities

Analyzing the competitiveness of APAC suppliers of the hotel inventory;
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess supplier success and improvement areas.;
Holding regular meetings and calls with suppliers;
Improving commercial and payment conditions with suppliers;
Participate in internal projects, ensuring supplier results, deadlines, and quality;
Interacting with the Tech department by improving the suppliers’ representation;
Supporting the Customer Support team and suppliers in organization of the internal processes by incidents resolution (overbookings/kick-outs).

Key Qualifications

The experience of work in the travel industry and/or hotel business;
Advanced English (B2/C1) and Chinese (B2/C1);
Multitasking, presentation skills;
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel. MS Powerpoint, MS Word);
Analytical skills – used to data-driven decision-making.
