Job description

Influx provides on-demand customer service for brands and tech companies, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays). To achieve this, our operation consists of agents and managers working around the globe to achieve the company’s objectives.


We seek a trainer to design and deliver training material for our team. The position reports to the Training Manager.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide training, mentoring, and support services to the team.
  • Designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs for agents and managers.
  • Develop and implement training and professional development programs.
  • Create, select, and develop curriculum and other resources for training programs.
  • Leads, motivates, trains, and manages a team of agents to exceed our clients, their customers, and Influx experience and KPI targets.
  • Review customer-led interactions and implement opportunities to exceed support and customer delight journeys.
  • Be the subject matter expert on clients' policies, products, services, and technology including internal Influx brand, systems, and policies.
  • Build a culture of support, ownership, and engagement to drive overall success


Requirements for the role

  • At least 1 year of experience delivering training to the customer support team
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a BPO environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer and Technology-savvy
  • Receptive and Passionate about learning and self-improvement
  • Committed to working in a full-time position
