About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to be placed in one of our SaaS clients, you’ll play a key role in driving customer retention, engagement, and growth.

Your mission? Ensure their clients maximize the value of their project management tool licenses and expand their investment.


In this role, you will:

  • Be a Trusted Advisor – Help customers achieve their goals by leveraging project management solutions.
  • Foster Strong Relationships – Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and maintain engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Boost Product Adoption – Ensure at least 80% of users engage weekly with core features.
  • Become a Project Management Tool Expert – Deliver training and workshops to enhance user knowledge.


What we’re looking for someone with:

  • Excellent English communication skills: Both written and verbal.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM), Account Management, or Workflow Consulting preferably in a SaaS Vendor/Partner or IT Consulting environment.
  • Platform Proficiency: A minimum of 3 years of experience with one or more of the following project management tools: Monday.com (preferably), Asana, SmartSheet, Wrike, ClickUp, Trello, AirTable, Jira.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong advisory skills along with the ability to organize meetings with stakeholders, address and resolve challenges, proactively manage customer portfolios, build deep partnerships, and maintain regular engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and success metrics.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Desirable skills (not required):

  • Possessing certifications in project management tools, preferably Monday.com, or in any of the following: Asana, SmartSheet, Wrike, ClickUp, Trello, AirTable, or Jira.
