Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: 30,000php-70,000php per month

Summary: The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Business Development in obtaining new business and managing existing clients. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle various administrative, logistical, and communication tasks.

About the Job

Key Duties:

Assist in pre-sales support activities including account mapping and proposal development.
Collaborate with sales teams to manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
Act as a point of contact between sales, operations, and finance teams for smooth transitions of client needs.
Manage scheduling for meetings and presentations with clients and facilitators.
Support post-sales activities including client feedback collection and invoicing.

Stakeholders: Sales, Operations, Finance teams, External facilitators, Clients

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, ideally within an education or training environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes and operations in a service-oriented business.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.

Qualifications:

A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, ideally within an education or training environment (RTO experience preferred).
Strong understanding of sales processes and operations, in a service-oriented business.
Familiarity with the delivery of leadership, management, and project management qualifications is an advantage but not a must.
Experience in working with a CRM system, project management software, or similar tools is desirable.
