Develops and manages activities for our ATM terminal software VCP from definition and planning through production, release and end of life. Helps guide product vision and strategy. Serves as a central resource between Sales, support services, Engineering, Marketing and the customer as product(s) move from design to release. Involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Strives to understand customer needs and create game changing technology / product innovations.
Responsibilities
Provides Product Management support within an assigned product area or customer base.
Partners with marketing, research, customer solutions and business stakeholders to understand customer / product-specific expectations and requirements.
Proactively analyzes / monitors KPIs to ensure achievement of success metrics.
Assists with management of more complex aspects of existing products / product lines within stable markets.
Engages with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners, to ensure product vision addresses: Marketplace access, Key features and functionality requirements, Service and support requirements, Key accounts and prospects.
Evaluates customer / market / financial data, identifying emerging patterns, trends and problems and recommends strategies and approaches for resolution.
Collaborates cross-functionally to evaluate opportunities with a promise of positive product / product line impact.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Product Management.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
