We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a plus if they have experience in SAP. This role is completely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the entire recruiting process from receiving the requirement, posting and distributing on various portals, to onboarding the candidate to the project.
Manage opportunities within the client to grow the account.
Work autonomously and independently, results-oriented.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and attract top IT talent.
Work with international clients, managing searches for global projects.

Requirements:

High level of Spanish and English
Over 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Experience in SAP is a plus.
Previous remote work experience.
Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a results-oriented approach.
