Job description:
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Agent to sell advertising solutions to small businesses in a fast-paced, one-call close environment. This role is perfect for a persuasive salesperson who excels at quickly building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals in a single call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule qualified appointments, present and sell to Local, Regional and National Businesses
- Prospect and engage small business owners, presenting tailored advertising solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches that demonstrate clear value and ROI.
- Close deals on the first call, overcoming objections with confidence and skill.
- Manage a high volume of leads and sales opportunities, keeping an organized pipeline.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Qualification and requirements:
- Proven success in a high-velocity, one-call close sales environment (advertising sales preferred).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with small business owners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven role.
- Experience with CRM tools and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
