Job description:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Agent to sell advertising solutions to small businesses in a fast-paced, one-call close environment. This role is perfect for a persuasive salesperson who excels at quickly building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals in a single call.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule qualified appointments, present and sell to Local, Regional and National Businesses
  • Prospect and engage small business owners, presenting tailored advertising solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches that demonstrate clear value and ROI.
  • Close deals on the first call, overcoming objections with confidence and skill.
  • Manage a high volume of leads and sales opportunities, keeping an organized pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Proven success in a high-velocity, one-call close sales environment (advertising sales preferred).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with small business owners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven role.
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
