As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner with managers across the company to design and implement a recruiting strategy that supports Ready Set’s ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for successfully implementing our hiring process and taking it to the next level.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to help identify hiring needs and translate them into specific requirements. 
  • Own end to end recruitment processes, leading sourcing efforts, interviews, offers and onboardings and coordinating the different stages of the process ensuring the best candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on job market trends, benchmarking and researching positions, and always expanding our potential base of candidates.
  • Collaborate to design different positioning strategies to help Ready Set’s brand continue growing. 
  • Lead internal hiring and interviewing trainings to ensure consistency across the company.
  • Analyze data and build reports to constantly bring insights that help us improve our hiring process and fulfill our goals.

 

 

What you are good at: 

  • HR best practices: You have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • You have 3+ years of experience recruiting for different locations (LATAM and US) and have the  ability to interact with different working cultures
  • Your English is fluent (must!)
  • You have experience working with Applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus!)
  • You have experience working in startup environments
