What You'll Be Responsible For

As a key partner to the Chief AI Officer (CAO), you will champion AI-driven transformation across Circle. You will drive awareness, education, and adoption of AI tools, ensuring alignment with the CAO’s strategic vision. Through cross-functional collaboration, you will help integrate AI into existing workflows, champion cultural change, and remove barriers to adoption.

What You’ll Work On

• Assist the CAO in implementing the AI strategy, translating vision into actionable initiatives.
• Advocate for AI adoption by coordinating workshops, seminars, and executive briefings.
• Develop and share success stories that highlight impactful AI use cases.
• Partner with the Talent team to embed AI literacy into training and development programs.
• Collaborate with IT, data science, and business units to align AI opportunities with corporate objectives.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure AI concepts are clearly communicated.
• Support leadership with materials and presentations that drive AI-related decision-making.
  
  

Core Requirements

What You’ll Bring to Circle

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience driving AI adoption and transformation in a corporate environment.
• Strong change management and organizational transformation experience.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and lead projects.
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Advanced certifications or coursework in AI/ML.
• Experience working in fintech, payments, or blockchain industries.
• Knowledge of emerging AI trends and their business implications.
• Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and crafting effective prompts
  
  

Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Range: $145,000 - $192,500
