As a Data Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our Data Engineering roadmap. You'll collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science teams to drive key initiatives, working on high-visibility, high-impact projects with significant autonomy.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the Data Engineering roadmap, partnering with Analytics and Data Science product leadership.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of clear, detailed user stories and lead sprint-related activities.
  • Guide iterative projects using Agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Create documentation that simplifies complex concepts for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Approach ambiguous and complex data projects with creative problem-solving.
  • Utilize JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking project progress.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Science teams, critically evaluating their work.
