Manage and negotiate with multiple stakeholders to meet integration goals and resolve any emerging issues.
Drive forward the integration process, escalating issues as needed, and keeping stakeholders well-informed throughout.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards within the context of the acquisition.
Champion change management initiatives to transition from a start-up mentality to a global FTSE100 corporate framework.
Maintain resilience in managing multiple concurrent tasks with strict deadlines, ensuring adherence to the deliverables calendar.
Effectively manage stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of combined experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Integration, or Sales Compensation.
Significant experience in change management within complex and diverse teams at a global level.
Proven ability to thrive in highly ambiguous and complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders appraised and engaged.
