Avicado Construction Technology Services is looking for a Project Management Consultant to join our growing Advisory team. Reporting to the Director of Advisory and Delivery, you will act as a key team player, by proactively overseeing successful, seamless, on schedule, and in budget software project delivery.

What you’ll do… 

Work in complex and ambiguous environments. 
Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with your client by outlining project milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
Communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Identify and communicate potential risks to the project outcome.
Deliver quality deliverables on time to maintain a high standard throughout the delivery of a project.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and analyze project data and metrics.

You should have… 

2 to 5 Years Technical Project Management in technology software implementation and lifecycle management
Ability to advise clients with confidence in ambiguous and complex environments 
Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time
Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles
High EQ and responsive approach
Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders
Ability to adapt, handle and demonstrate flexibility with varied projects
Familiarity with various schedule and project management tools (ex: Notion, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)

Preferred qualifications... 

Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI or Microsoft 365
Construction, Real Estate or Technology experience
Consulting experience
Worked with complex business organizations
Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions

How You’ll Ramp 

By 60 days you will… 

Have completed shadowing of other project managers
Have an understanding of our project management tools and processes
Participate actively in ongoing client engagements and provide enough benefit to clients that you’re able to bill for at least 25% of your time

By 6 –12 months you will... 

Be billing at least 80% of your time and managing between 1-7 projects at once
Work with the rest of the project management team to work on continuous improvement for both the team and the company as a whole
