Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst (Junior) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in product and technology who want to start their career by analyzing and improving user experience through functional testing. This is not a technical QA role but rather a position focused on evaluating the product from the end-user’s perspective.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional testing on digital products to identify bugs, inconsistencies, or user experience issues.
  • Clearly and systematically document findings, suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure products meet defined requirements.
  • Validate user flows and ensure functionalities align with product objectives.
  • Test different use cases, including edge cases that might impact the user experience.

Requirements

  • Interest in digital products, UX/UI, and optimizing user experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to document findings and suggest improvements.
  • Experience in digital product testing or technical support is a plus.

Consider joining if you
  • Genuinely resourcefulness to Problem Solving
  • Enjoy working in flat-ish hierarchies.
  • Value a teammate approach to company building.
  • Believe you still have plenty to learn
  • Share your progress openly and welcome feedback
  • Are capable of having robust debates.
  • Are entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Embrace a disagree and commit culture, because it leads to better products than consensus-driven ones.
  • Manage your time deliberately and effectively

We’re likely not a good fit if you
  • Need crystal clear documentation or steps before starting work
  • Don't like figuring out problem-based puzzles on your own
  • Want clearly defined roles with limited responsibilities
  • Find async communication challenging
  • Are resistant to feedback or defensive about your work
  • Feel that you’re at a skill level that you’re complacent with.

Benefits

  • Work wherever you want
  • Everything you do or say matters
  • Everything you do or say has a tangible impact
  • Results are valued over egos in all interactions
