Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination roles, ideally within the nutraceutical, supplement, health, food ingredients, or manufacturing industry.
  • Shipping & Freight Knowledge: Strong understanding of shipping procedures, including BOL preparation, UPS/FedEx label creation, freight scheduling, and import/export compliance.
  • ERP & Inventory Management: Experience using ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and logistics data efficiently.
  • Strong Communication & Coordination: Ability to liaise effectively with freight carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Strong organizational skills to process orders, manage inventory records, and track shipments with precision.
  • Problem-Solving & Proactive Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot shipping and logistics issues, anticipate potential delays, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities:

  • Shipment Coordination: Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping labels for UPS and FedEx, ensuring accurate documentation for all outgoing shipments.
  • Freight & Carrier Management: Schedule pickups and shipments, coordinate with freight carriers, and oversee import/export logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
  • Order & Sample Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders and sample requests while maintaining detailed records in the companys ERP system.
  • Shipment Tracking & Communication: Monitor shipments in transit, provide real-time updates to internal teams, and proactively resolve any shipping issues.
  • Vendor & Customer Support: Request and verify logistics-related information from vendors, respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, and address any logistical concerns.
  • Inventory & Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date product documentation, oversee inventory levels, and ensure all records in the ERP system reflect accurate stock and shipment statuses.
