Role Overview:

 

The Enrollment Consultant will serve as the enrollment subject matter expert on all aspects of enrollment to the field. This role is responsible for creating and training on education of enrollment tools, planning and execution of target enrollments, understanding enrollment market trends, and to help the field drive growth and make enrollment a core competency.    

What You’ll Do:


• Create and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Client Management.  Establish role as go to resource for enrollment questions, support, and partner to enable growth.
• Regularly connect with internal partners not limited to VPs, Regional Leaders, Underwriters, Account Executives and Sales Representatives to maximize enrollment opportunities to exceed company goals.
• Evaluate current training needs and/or knowledge gaps for given markets.  Create and deliver training on enrollment planning, execution, marketing and tools.
• Manage smart risks with underwriting partners to maximize return on investment and increase profitability
• Immerse into local broker and client discussions and understand market needs; utilize data to project future needed capabilities, training, and support.  Participate on large case and broker calls to speak to enrollment capabilities.  Source out new enrollment tools that will complement our current and future enrollment suite.  Identify solutions and pilot on identified cases to test value.
• Collaboration with internal partners on client enrollment process including implementation of the enrollment strategy to post enrollment event wrap-up to drive increase of participation and premium.
• Drive persistency and participation in voluntary lines with positive client experience around the enrollment process and materials.
• Tracking and reporting to call out enrollment results to deliver to internal partners and external clients.

What you'll bring:

 

• A Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in enrollment and/or group insurance.
• Strong public speaking skills; ability to present to large audiences of C-Suite executives in a dynamic way
• Ability to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines
• Experience working with clients who have more than 5000 employees
• Solid analytical skills to problem solve and critically think to drive execution, initiate action and follow-ups to successful completions.
• Self-directed workstyle driven to achieve results

Pay Transparency

Salary range: $85,000-$110,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
