Create designs that drive real growth with us. You'll craft eye-catching marketing materials that convert curiosity into action—designing scroll-stopping ads, optimizing landing pages, and building campaigns that deliver measurable results.

About the Team:

You will be joining a team of seven marketing professionals from around the globe, each passionate about driving growth and adoption of cryptocurrency. As a Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with growth and paid media specialists, leveraging your design skills to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. You will be able to connect with another Graphic Designer on the team who is focused on branding initiatives. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with designers embedded within our product teams, fostering a collaborative and unified design approach across the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize landing pages: Apply conversion-centered design principles to create high-performing landing pages that drive user acquisition and engagement. Ensure these pages are optimized for different audiences across markets.
• Develop eye-catching display and video ads: Create engaging advertisements that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads across digital platforms. Ensure creative aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Create impactful email campaigns: Design visually appealing and persuasive email campaigns that encourage user action, promote product offerings, and nurture customer relationships.
• A/B testing and performance analysis: Conduct testing on design elements and analyze metrics to identify improvements. Iterate quickly based on performance data.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams: Work closely with marketing team members and other stakeholders to align design with strategic goals, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
• Ensure a seamless brand experience: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, adhering to guidelines and ensuring a unified professional image.
• Stay current with design trends: Research trends in digital advertising, marketing, media, and culture. Propose ideas on how to better engage the Bitrefill audience and community.

You bring with you:

• Be based in a timezone that aligns with Europe or the Americas
• 3+ years of visual design experience
  
• Proficient at video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere, etc
  
• Proficient at Figma
  
• Basic animation skills such as animating text, illustrations, and UI interactions
  
• Experience working with translation teams on creating localized marketing assets
  
• Skilled and experienced in microcopy and UX writing
  
• A strong digital portfolio which demonstrates the above
  
  
  It’s a plus if you also
• Have experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, 3DSMax, etc
  
• Have experience working with stock music, voiceovers, and sound effects for use in videos
  
• Have experience working with tools such as Unbounce, Webflow, Framer
  
• Crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement - we’ll teach you what you need to know, but you need to have a passion for the movement
