Join our Operations team as a Sr. Operations Associate and play a crucial role in driving our company's efficiency and scalability. In this position, reporting to the VP of Operations, you'll collaborate across departments to implement process improvements, streamline operations, enhance overall performance, and support strategic initiatives. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex data will be essential in identifying areas for optimization and supporting the achievement of our operational goals.

Essential Job Duties
  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational improvement plans, identifying key milestones, risks, and dependencies to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and coordination of strategic initiatives, acting as a key liaison to facilitate cross-functional communication.
  • Prepare high-quality content tailored for internal business reviews and leadership meetings, ensuring materials are insightful, concise, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and oversee strategic operational projects from inception to completion, including defining objectives, creating project plans, allocating resources, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, implementing solutions to streamline operations and drive cost-effectiveness.
  • Gather, interpret, and synthesize data to derive actionable insights that support informed decision-making and drive operational improvements.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives. Monitor and report on progress against these metrics to track performance
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and discussions.

  • Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience across Finance, Strategy, M&A Integration, Operations, or Consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across an organization to align and coordinate strategic initiatives, fostering communication and cooperation.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing comprehensive integration plans for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong track record in crafting high-quality, insightful, and concise content for internal business reviews and board meetings.
  • Extensive experience managing and overseeing strategic projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial concepts, and strategic thinking.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Can adapt to rapidly changing environments and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Intellectually curious, strategic, and thrive on diving into complex problems; develop and articulate clear, fact-driven recommendations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $90,000 - $100,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
