Included Health is building the next iteration of its clinical and behavioral health tools and is looking for an experienced TPM to help us scale and build the best possible solutions. You will be working with the Head of Engineering for the Treat organization to identify and lead technical programs critical to the organization. You will show a solid understanding of business opportunities, software development life cycle and work collaboratively with the Engineering Manager, Technical Leads, and Product Managers. You will be expected to take on ambiguous tasks and complete them in a reliable and timely manner and be responsible for the quality of your work.

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data.
